一、压缩机类的常见问题、故障
压缩机嗡嗡响，压缩机不启动
I. Common problems and troubles of compressor
Buzzing sound and start-up failure of compressor
一）原因分析
1、电源插头没有插好，或插头中有一相接触不良，或电源插头、插座电源线内部断线。
2、电源电压过低，当低于187V 时，压缩机嗡嗡响，响过10 秒钟左右，声音中断，不能启动。
3、压机启动绕组烧坏或断路，或运转绕组断线。
4、制冷系统中制冷剂灌得太多，工作压力过高，压缩机难以启动。
5、压缩机内部发生故障，如运动部件之间的磨合面相互抱合而不能运动，常见的有抱轴或卡死，有的是压缩机高压阀片漏气。
(I) Possible causes
1. You have not fit the plug properly, or the phase of plug is not connected well, or the plug and inner power line disconnects.
2. The voltage is too low, when the voltage is lower than 187V, the compressor will make a buzzing sound, after 10 seconds, the buzz stops but the compressor can’t start up.
3. The starting winding is burned or trip off, or the running winding trips off.
4. It is difficult to start up while the refrigerant in the system is too much and the operation pressure is too high.
5. Internal troubles, such as the running-in planes between moving parts stick with each other, common troubles are axle blocking or locking, some are the air leakage of high pressure valve plate.
（二）排除方法                                            
1、检查电源插头是否完好，如果插头有毛病，要加以修理或更换新插头。
2、电压是否过低，用电压表测量，如果没有电压表，可观察室内照明灯泡的亮度来判断，如灯泡亮度明显地发暗，说明电压太低，如果低于额定电压的15%时，应装稳压器或暂不使用电冰箱，否则会烧毁电动机的绕组。
(II) Possible solutions
1. Check whether the plug is in good condition. Otherwise, you should repair or replace a new plug.
2. Whether the voltage is too low or not. Test by using the voltmeter. If there is no voltmeter, observe the luminance of indoor lighting lamps. Obvious dim luminance of lamp indicates too low voltage. Once the voltage is 15% lower than the rated voltage, you should install a manostat or stop to use refrigerator to prevent burning out of electromotor winding.
3、电动机启动绕组烧毁后，线圈匝间或线圈与定子铁芯之间就要形成短路（接地），所以电冰箱一经通电，电源保险丝就烧断，使电冰箱压缩机不能启动，此时，可用万用表测量电机绕组的电阻值，如明显变小同时以与面壳短路接地，即表明电机绕组烧毁。这种故障，必须更换新的压缩机。
3. Once the electromotor winding is burned out, coil loops or coil and stator core will short circuit (grounding). Once the refrigerator is power on, the fuse will be burn and the compressor can’t start up. At this time, you can test the resistance value of electromotor winding by using the multimeter. If the resistance is reduced to take groud connection, the winding is burned out. You must replace a new compressor.
4、制冷系统中加入制冷剂过多的现象是：压缩机停止运转时，干燥过滤器上出现结霜或结露现象，或压缩机吸气管结霜。为此，多出的制冷剂要放出，以保证正常的工作压力，使压缩机运转正常。
4. You can judge whether the refrigerant in refrigeration system is too much: when the compressor stops, the dry filter frosts or there is frosting, or the air suction pipe of compressor frosts. Therefore, the surplus refrigerant should be discharged to ensure normal operation pressure and running of compressor.
5、压缩机内各运动部件发生的故障，要更换压缩机进行检修。压缩机内产生抱轴或卡缸的主要原因是：部件的配合间隙过小，机内缺油，机杂质较多引起的。
5. With regard to all troubles of moving parts, you should replace compressor for overhaul. Axle blocking or cylinder locking in the compressor is mainly resulted from too small a fit clearance, lack of oil and too many impurities.
